Holistic Kinesiology

My Story

Hi, I’m Kylie, the heart behind La Bloom Healing.

Do you know that feeling when life brings you to exactly where you’re meant to be? That’s how I feel about this work.

My path here wasn’t shaped by one defining moment, but by many twists, turns, personal experiences and my own healing journey. I originally completed a Bachelor of Social Science and spent several years supporting people across mental health, disability and community services.

After navigating a difficult journey into motherhood, I found myself searching for something more—something that offered hope when conventional approaches hadn’t provided the answers I needed.

At a turning point in my life, I experienced my first kinesiology session. I walked out feeling clearer, grounded and no longer stuck. That session changed everything, and I knew I wanted to support others in the same gentle and powerful way.

With my toddler and a supportive family member by my side—it really does take a village—I made many trips to Sydney to immerse myself in the world of kinesiology. From that journey, La Bloom Healing was born.

Today, I’m a qualified Holistic Kinesiologist and Mind Body Medicine practitioner. Through gentle, personalised sessions, I support the nervous system, emotional wellbeing and the body’s natural ability to return to balance.

My approach is nurturing, intuitive and tailored to meet you exactly where you are. It’s a privilege to help people reconnect with themselves and feel calmer, more balanced and supported.

Since working with Kylie, my anxiety has improved so much and my symptoms have almost disappeared. I believe this is because, with Kylie's help, I processed emotions that had been stuck for years, and her work with my nervous system helped me reconnect with a feeling of safety in my body. Highly recommend. -Carly

Kylie created such a safe and calm space, and guided me through my entire session with so much care and support. Lots came up during my session but I was able to navigate it with Kylie’s help. I also really enjoyed the structure of her practice, it flowed really well. Do recommend - Lisa

“We've had a really positive experience. After his kinesiology sessions, he sleeps so much better and seems much more regulated. He also loves the simple exercises he can do independently at home, which has been a great confidence boost. I've had sessions myself too and found them incredibly helpful for calming and balancing my nervous system. Chantelle
